I remember the day ”Aloha Bob” brought my family to visit me for the first time. They parked on Farrell, which wasn’t a through street, and my family walked onto my large empty lot, saw my unobstructed mountain views, and… we all fell in love. They went back to the Alexander Construction Company model-home office and marveled at the options for my ”Regent” model plan. For my three bedroom, two bath layout, they chose for me enchanting tile and numerous other special features, even deciding on the dining room location for my gas fireplace. After moving in, they had a designer gift me with the most amazing decor, which, like me, they maintained exquisitely over the years. In return, I loved my family, nurturing them and protecting them. I have been their constant backdrop through raising children, celebrating milestones, and sharing in happiness and even the occasional sorrow. Along the way, they have always curated and cared for me in return, with additions when needed, like double-paned windows, newer HVAC, and even updating my water heater. As much as it breaks my heart, I understand it is time for my family to finally move on. Like my brother and sister-homes around me, I need to find a new family to love. Being unfamiliar with these new fangled dating apps, I have uploaded some candid photos, which I hope you will find appealing. What I really hope is that we can meet in person and, if lucky, fall in love. Let me know if you would like to visit.
