There are currently three rooms available “for long term tenancy”. One with detached bath for $1500, second room has attached bathroom for $1700 and master bedroom ($2300) has attached bath with bathtub, stall shower, two sink vanity, walk-in closet, and toilet has a door. There is $200/person utility charges that includes Garbage, water, gas, electricity, and the internet). For short term renting the price is going to be higher.
